The Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite is a free service provided by the National Center for Adoption Law & Policy (“NCALP”) at Capital University Law School. Before using the Adoption JobSite, please read the following terms and conditions of use. By using the JobSite, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions for use, and agree to be bound by them.

1. No Liability for Viruses

We cannot ensure that your use of the Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite will be uninterrupted or free from error. You should take precautions to ensure that any material or content obtained from this website or sites to which it is hyperlinked is free of viruses or other defects.

2. No Responsibility for Hyperlinked Websites

Capital University Law School and NCALP, their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, directors, third party content or service providers and/or authors, are not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or other damages allegedly resulting from use of the Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite, or any other website to which the Adoption JobSite provides a hyperlink, including liability in connection with mistakes, errors and/or omissions in information accessed or transmitted from the Adoption JobSite, or any systems failure or defect in the Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite, or your use of any software in connection with your use of the Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite and its content. NCALP and/or its partners and suppliers, own any intellectual property rights to any and all protectable portions of the Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite and its systems, including its name, design, software, end-user interfaces, databases, content and collective works. You are prohibited from modifying, adapting, distributing, or disassembling any component of the Adoption JobSite owned by us and/or our partners and suppliers.

7. Modifications

The Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite reserves the right to modify, revise or amend these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time with no prior notice. You are responsible for monitoring the Site for any revisions to the Terms and Conditions of Use. Your continued use of the Adoption & Child Welfare JobSite subsequent to any such modification or amendment constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to abide by the revised Terms and Conditions of Use.
